At this level, the Elite Program Co-ordination Committee makes the most of external enrichment and extension learning opportunities for exceptionally gifted students and nominates these students for gifted programmes provided by the Education Bureau, the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, tertiary institutes and other educational organisations.

The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE)

Gifted students are nominated to the HKAGE each year. They are eligible to join a variety of gifted courses offered by the academy, such as Chemical Analysis of Chinese Medicine and Glimpses of the Ocean.

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Dual Program 

This programme aims at providing an alternative pathway for students who are gifted in the areas of Life Science, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering and Mathematics. The programme covers advanced curricula that challenge and inspire learners to learn, achieve and realise their full potential under the support and guidance of university teaching staff.
