全港學界精英排球比賽已圓滿結束！賽事充滿了無數令人動容與珍貴的畫面，實在值得我們好好銘記與珍藏。

Mr. Lam Hoi Ting (Coach): 

The Jing Ying Volleyball Tournament arrived quietly and departed just as softly. It brushed gently past the Carmel Volleyball Team as we quietly strived for progress, leaving a meaningful mark on our journey.

We shared both laughter and tears this year. The highs and lows, the emotional journey, and the growth we experienced are things only we can truly understand. True growth is always forged through trials, and true transformation only comes from rising to challenges.

What we will savor most is the fact that we were together—laughing and crying as one, winning and losing as one, never giving up, wiping away each other’s tears, and continuing to press forward together.

It has been an extraordinary year, yet beautifully ordinary…

藍海亭老師：

精英賽悄然來到，又輕輕離開；在迦密排球隊的默默求進中輕輕滑過，畫上一筆。

今年笑過也哭過，當中的高低起跌、心路歷程與學習磨練，只有我們自己知道。哪個成長不是千錘百鍊，哪個蛻變不是迎難而上。

最值得「回味」的是：我們在一起，一齊哭一齊笑，一齊贏一齊輸，一齊不放棄，一齊擦乾眼淚，繼續向前行。

特別的一年，也是平常的一年……

Congratulations to our player, Summer Chan, on being named to the “Jing Ying Volleyball Tournament All-Star Team”!

Her Reflection: 

After years of anticipation, Carmel finally advanced to the Jing Ying Volleyball Tournament this year! Facing the eventual champions in the Quarter-Finals, we embraced the challenge fearlessly. We never slacked off or underestimated ourselves, striving only to perform at our absolute best.

I am thrilled to be selected for the All-Star Team in what was both my first and final Jing Ying Tournament. Thank you, Sir Lam, for your guidance and recognition.

Although I will no longer be able to compete as a member of the Carmel Volleyball Team, I will work hard to live up to the coaches’ expectations, continue to improve, and strive to reach even higher stages in the future!

I also hope that next year, the Carmel Volleyball Team will showcase an even stronger version of themselves on this premier school sports stage, turning their sweat into achieved goals.

經過幾年的等待，今年迦密終於晉級精英賽！8強賽時面對今年的冠軍隊伍，我們無懼挑戰，沒有絲毫怠慢，也沒有看輕自己，只爭取做到最好的自己。 好開心能在此生第一次、也是最後一次的精英賽中入選明星隊。多謝藍Sir對我的肯定和帶領。 雖然以後無法再以迦密排球隊身分參與學界比賽，但我會加倍努力，不辜負教練們對我的期望，繼續尋求進步，並爭取踏上更高的舞台！ 亦希望迦密排球隊來年可以在這個學界最高舞台上，展現出更強大的自己，用汗水換來心
