2023 Junior History E-Reading Scheme

Our junior form students joined the 2023 Junior History E-Reading Scheme organised by the EDB. Joined by 157 participating schools, the territory-wide Scheme encouraged students to learn History through reading. Six students from our school took an extra challenge by participating in the group project category.

Chan Yee Chantal and Chan Wing Sum Rosanne from S4 received the Academic Award. Their work was one of the top five academic projects in the Scheme. Meanwhile, Ng Oi Tin, Yeung Hoi Nga, Szeto Wun Na and Chu Tsz Ching from S3 got the Creativity Award and their work was chosen to be one of the top eleven teams in the competition.    Congratulations to our students!

Chantal and Rosanne challenged themselves by participating in the research project of the E-Reading Scheme. Through investigating the history of the enslaved Africans from the 16th to 19th centuries, they won the Academic Award and received the prize from Professor Lau Chi-pang, BBS, JP in the Prize Presentation Ceremony.
