Walking in the rain

The weather is sunny so I go jogging in the park. There is a big blue picture above my head. Suddenly, the colour of the picture changes. The clouds cannot cover their upset emotion anymore. They want to express their miserable feelings freely so they cry heavily.

I stop jogging and try to find a place to avoid from getting wet. Many people are finding various methods in order not to get soaked. Some of them open their umbrellas immediately. There are also many ants on a hot pan. These anxious ants are stepping up their pace with their highly embarrassing faces since they don’t have umbrellas. I can also hear the noisy discussion of people about the unexpected rain. They show their wrath when they are talking over the irksome topic loudly. These annoying needles stab my ears eternally.

The continuous, endless downpour saturates the soil and irrigates the flowers, plants and trees. There was hot sweat originally on my body when I was jogging. However, I am now drenched like a drowned rat by this sudden downpour. I tremble with cold and sneeze for a few times since the cold rainwater and the temperature is decreasing rapidly. “RoarRoar” Biting and piercing wind whistles round me. I walk in the teeth of a howling gale.

The dragons on the road stretch out and are extremely obstructive. There are many throngs of people waiting for the taxis. These multitudes show the impatience and restlessness with anxious faces. Most people are soaked and some of them carry the bulky items. “Splash” The shoes of the people get wet as the vehicles pass by. They wait for the taxis under a cloud.

At the moment, the sky is even more overcast. I see a sudden flash of light and look up at the sky. The lightning leaps from cloud to cloud. A timid girl is afraid of a peal of thunder and lightning. She cries to fight against the frightening monster. “Shasha  Boom‐‐‐Shasha‐‐‐Boom

After half an hour, the emotional clouds have already finished expressing their sentiments and try to calm down. It is drizzling now so I can see the cattle hair and the circles on the floor. They are falling down as if the dandelions float in the sky.

The charming face of the sun comes out with a brighter luster in the indigo picture. I can feel the gentle wind and warm sunshine again. The sun and warm winds become a dryer and roast me comfortably. The rainwater on my skin is all evaporated. Fragments of powdery cloud sprinkled the radiant, lake-blue heaven. This scene is so ravishing and spellbinding.
