Dear Sir/ Madam,

Re: Complaints about Super Fit Fitness Centre

I am writing to complain about the bad conditions of your fitness centre. There are problems with the aerobics class, the snack bar and the assistant manager. I think it is inadvisable for you to manage a fitness centre in such bad conditions.

The instructor of the aerobics class is not fit enough to teach members of the aerobics class. I think it is not persuasive enough to let me believe that I will become fit after having the aerobics lessons. The state of the room is dirty and untidy. It is uncomfortable to exercise there. Since the CD player in the room is broken, it is difficult for me to pick up the beat when doing exercise. It is dangerous to exercise there because the glass is broken and is only stuck with tape. Injuries may be caused if this problem is not solved.

The assistant of the snack bar is lackadaisical and his clothes are untidy. When I told the assistant that I wanted a hamburger, he gave me two cakes and soft drinks. I was shocked by his lackadaisical attitude. Besides, the snack bar is dirty and untidy. The chairs and tables are chaotic. The food provided is very unhealthy and oily. It’s not good for our health. It is difficult to persuade me to eat there.

When I complained about the problems mentioned above to the assistant manager of your centre, I was shocked and frightened by what he said. His tone was very impolite and rude. He rudely responded to my complaints and denied all the responsibilities of the fitness centre. He was very disappointed about his response. The sugar and fat in soft drinks and hamburgers are unhealthy to us. However, he said that sugar and fat provided energy for us and it was good. At last, he even said that I was the one who should take actions. If he does not make any improvement on his tone and attitude, the fitness centre will receive more complaints because of the poor attitude of the employees.

I will to cancel my membership. Besides, I really hope that you can make improvements on the problems mentioned above.
