Nowadays, many teenagers always face different kinds of problems and difficulties. These kinds of problems and difficulties make them feel vexed and irritated.  I have similar experiences because I am a teen, too. Do these feelings ring a bell? I know how to make myself feel relieved and the key to happiness. How about you?

Having heavy pressures to succeed at school is a big problem which makes you feel unhappy. Your parents just demand you perform well at school and nothing else. They do not listen to what you say. Then you feel worried and anxious. However, I suggest you talk more with your parents. You can share your feelings with them and let them know what you want. After that, you will feel happier.

The second problem is that many young people are stressed out about getting into university and finding a good job. You may be one of them. I know that these things will give you lots of pressures and make you feel distressed. I think it is normal for everyone to face different challenges. For example, it is hard for teenagers like us to find a good job because we do not have any work experiences. However, we should believe that ‘Nothing is impossible’ and should never give up. We can also convert the failure and sadness into impetus and power and continue to work hard. Then we will be happier and relaxed.

Humiliation from other people and poor relationships with our family members are other problems we face. Sometimes other people laugh and play tricks on us and this may make us feel unhappy. Also, poor relationships with friends and parents induce pain to us. However, whenever we get into trouble, we can still be happy because happiness comes from our heart. Think positive is also a good way to help us to be happier.

Not only young people will be unhappy, everyone will also be unhappy. However, we should focus on how to make ourselves happier and should not be worried anymore. The most crucial key to happiness is to wear a smile on our face every day.
