The sun rose in the East .The sunlight came into my house .A marvelous day started.
Ring !Ring !Ring !My alarm clock rang as usual .I woke up and turned it off.
“Mum !” I called my mother. “Mum, where are you ?” Yet, no one answered.
“Mum, where are you ?”I asked again. There was still dead silence and I could hear my echoes only. I got into my mother ’s room ,but I found no one. I looked around and wanted to find if there was any message – the desk, fridge, bed … I searched everywhere, but … nothing.
“Maybe she’s gone to the market,” I thought.
I opened my book and started to read. “Once upon a time, someone disappeared!” The story said. I closed my book. I felt anxious and worried. I phoned my mother and I could hear a stunning and ravishing music. Oh! She did not bring her phone. I glanced at the bed and found something moving. I tiptoed near that thing. “That may be a cockroach!” I thought. Yet, when I went near the “cockroach ”, I was shocked .
“How come you become so small?” I hit myself and hoped that it was a dream. I felt the pain. It was totally incredible and unbelievable! The sun shone outside. It was warm and peaceful, but I felt hopeless. I thought I should look after my mother as she might feel hungry. I told her to stay there and not to go away.
I stepped to the kitchen and started my first time of cooking. After an hour, I finished my work but it was appalling. I tried again, it was dreadful and awful. After many, many times, I still couldn’t make it. I went into my mother’s room, I yelled again. My mother disappeared! AND I found her everywhere. Eventually, I found that she fell down on the floor and she was injured.
“Ar…” she yelled, “ It is really painful .” Luckily, she was all right.
I used a spoon instead of bowl to give some food to my mum. I thought she was hungry .Oh! I noticed that it was one o‘ clock already .We nearly skipped the lunch. I let my mother lie on the towel and let her sleep. I sat next to her and I thought I should protect her from danger.
At four o’ clock, the sun shone outside. A lot of birds flew in the sky. It was a picturesque view. But I felt worried. I worried if she could return normal.
At five o’ clock, the dusk was breathtaking. But I was full of anxiety. Suddenly an alien appeared .
“ Who? ” I shouted.
“Sorry about that! I made your mother become only 20 cm tall but it was only an accident. I would make her grow back to the normal size.” The alien apologized, “I will give you a wish as compensation.”
“Oh !Really ?”I thought it was only a dream.
“Sure!” A strong light shone. The alien disappeared .The sun finally went down to the West. I glanced at my normal mother. I felt overjoyed .What a wonderful day! But I forgot to make a wish!
I gazed at the sky and said, “I wish I could have a day just like today, then I could make a wish. Ha ! Ha !”
But it was too late.
