Hello, readers! I came back from Beijing. I am thrilled to share my experience of my visits to you all. I stayed there for 5 days and I had great fun with my teachers and classmates during the trip. Let me introduce 2 of my best liked places to you.

The Great Wall of China
Our trip in Beijing started from the Great Wall as it is such a unique architecture. We visited a section of the Great Wall. We took a cable car to reach the tower of the wall from where we could start our hiking. There were many stairs and steps. Many of them were uneven and had an inconsistent depth and height. There were also vertical climbs in some sections, so we must pay extra attention when climbing these steps. You can imagine how hard the hike was. However, as we needed to take short breaks from time to time to catch our breath, we could also enjoy the views around. My advice to you is to make sure you have comfortable clothes and footwear. Of course, bringing enough water and having sun protection is also important.
One of my classmates kept screaming when climbing these steps. These funny scenes were some of the memorable moments during the hike. We finally reached the peak after walking for 4 hours, surrounded by the breathtaking views. All our efforts paid off. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The Forbidden City
Another attraction that we visited was the Forbidden City. It was a palace, a really big one. There were also a lot of people during our visit. As it is also called the Palace Museum, we could find a big collection of the finest Chinese artifacts and historical relics such as palace utensils and paintings. These cultural relics are not only beautiful, but also provide us with important information about Chinese culture. I can’t believe they are really made by humans. I’m sure if you have a chance to look at them, you will all be surprised by these delicate historic and cultural artworks. If you want to learn more about the history and culture of China, it’s definitely a good place to visit.

This Beijing journey is marvellous. We learnt a lot and had great fun. However, we didn’t have time to visit all the spots in Beijing. I’m sure I will go there again. Do you have any suggestions on where I should visit next time? Please share with me. I’m waiting for your sharing.
