Dear Ronnie,

How are you these days? Miss you so much.

You seem very interested in my school picnic day this year. I’ll tell you more details. Our class went hiking! We hiked between Wu Kau Tand and Sam A Tsuen. The views were spectacular along the trail, we saw beautiful mountains, running streams with really cool water, a mangrove and its distinctive living things. We also found some tiny crabs under the rocks. Although they were small and cute, they were really fierce! The most special things we saw in our trip were the red stones. Our class teacher said they were red because they contained high content of iron. We had lots of fun that day, it was a pity that you were not with us.

Recently, we have just finished the 1st UT. I did it badly. I almost failed English ( I only got 52 marks out of 100). Anyway, I must study hard to catch up with your English standard. I plan to do more reading. Can you recommend some good books to me? I’m sure that’ll help me a lot.

The sports day this year was exciting! The climax was the inter-house 12x200m relay. Every team member tried their best to run fast and the results of the winner and the first runner up were very close (actually, I’m not sure which house won at last>.<).
At the end of the sports day, the overall result of the inter-house competition was announced, Intellect House won the second the second place, and Virtue House was the winner. Apart from the sports day, we also had an unforgettable experience in attending the Watoto concert. Their lively songs and dances really cheered me up.

By the way, my family plan to have a trip to Singapore in the coming Christmas holiday, I may be able to visit you then. Would you like to be my tour guide, since I don’t want to join a routine packaged tour. See you.

                                                                                                                           Best wishes,
                                                                                                                                  Sunny
