Nowadays, children always eat junk food. However, they don’t do any exercise or sport. So, they become fatter and fatter. What can we do to help those overweight children?

Children love to eat unhealthy food like fried, greasy and oily food. Potato chips and hamburgers are their favourites. They don’t eat enough vegetables. This is a very bad eating habit. If we continue to eat junk food and plenty of meat, we may have high blood pressure and heart diseases. Therefore, we must change our eating habits. We must eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid sugary and oily food. Besides, we also need to drink eight glasses of water every day.

Apart from eating habits, there are other problems. When children are free, they may just watch TV, play computer games or sleep. They don’t want to do exercise or sports. Since they don’t do enough exercise and they just eat junk food, they will become overweight.

We should “Eat Less and Move More”. We must do exercise or sports at least one hour a day. We can play basketball ,football ,volleyball or badminton. Moreover, we must eat more vegetables and fruit and drink enough water per day in order to maintain a balanced diet.

After doing these things, you will become healthier and fitter.
