The tortoise and the hare 2
Last time, the tortoise and hare had a running race. The tortoise won and the hare could not take the failure, so it asked tortoise to join the race one more time.
Tortoise said he would like to join this race. This time, the hare knew that he was so proud of himself that he lost the race, and he would not sleep in this race.
The day come, the tortoise and the hare had a one-hundred meter running race. They found an empty place and nobody was there. So, they were about to start.
“One, two, three!” they said together, the hare ran very had. The finish line was in front of him. He smiled, and ran even harder…
The tortoise ran the hardest and fastest of him, although he was still very slow. He saw the hare almost reaching the finish line, but he didn’t give up.
Suddenly the hare fell down. He was far too happy so he carelessly kicked himself down and couldn’t get up. He saw tortoise coming nearer and nearer. He was so angry for his carelessness. He could have won if he had run 3 or 4 more steps.
The tortoise saw the hare fall down. He finally ran to the hare. He carried the hare on his back and went to find doctor monkey.
The hare couldn’t believe that, it was amazing! The tortoise and the hare became best friends and lived happily ever after.
