A long long time ago, in a far far away kingdom, there was a little lovely boy. He was the prince of the kingdom and he had everything he wanted. He wanted to play with all his toys but he didn’t have time.
One day, he heard some strange noise under his bed. Suddenly, he saw a frog jumping out from his bed. He looked under his bed and found a box. He opened it and there was a stopwatch. It was so shiny. He pressed the button and everything was frozen. Only he could move. He had an idea. ‘I can play with my lovely toy for a whole day and no one is going to disturb me.’
He didn’t know it was a magic stop watch. When you press the button, the time goes faster. If you stop for one hour, your life will be shorter for one year. When the prince had played a whole day, he didn’t feel tired and played for another day. He thought he had played enough so he pressed the button again. He had played two days and it equaled forty-eight hours. That meant he had been older for forty-eight years.
When he looked at the mirror, he saw he was very old. ‘Why have I become so old? I only played for two days and I have become so old.’ His father heard it and explained it to the old prince. ‘Why did I only play in my childhood and didn’t do something good?’ The prince regretted but the time couldn’t go back to his childhood.
