As it is a Chinese restaurant, all the decorations are made of Chinese wood. This restaurant is famous for serving the Chinese tea and some dumplings. There are several big cupboards for storing different tea leaves. I also know that there are some expensive tea leaves. It costs you twenty to thirty thousand dollars for just two to three grams of tea leaves ! Unbelievable !
Furthermore, the waiters or waitress put on the Chinese-style clothes. They don’t wear black suit or black dress. In addition, after you have ordered the tea, they won’t just give you a cup of tea. They will teach you how to make a cup of Chinese tea by doing a demonstration in front of you !
Firstly, the waitress will put Zisha Teapot and a set of porcelain cups on a special tea table. Then, she will take out the tea leaves that you have ordered and put the tea leaves into the Zisha Teapot and pour the hot water into it.
