Dear Ronnie,
How are you? It has been quite a period of time since I wrote the letter to you last time. You know what? I went to Beijing during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It was a wonderful trip and I wanted to share it with you. I climbed up the Great Wall which was really big in size. I feel that I am really a gentleman after climbing it. I also went to the Tiananmen Square and I was amazed while looking at its size! My legs were exhausted after walking around in the Tiananmen Square. I think my trip to Beijing was worthwhile and awesome.
I was surprised that you have read so many books in a short time! I was ashamed that I have only read 10 books although I had a long holiday.
I am glad that you still have plenty of opportunities to brush up your English although you are in Singapore. I hope I can learn English more; otherwise your English will be far better than mine!
All the teachers and classmates miss you. Some classmates even said that they wanted to fly to Singapore to visit you! We are all working hard in school not to disappoint you.
The 45th Anniversary celebration of Carmel went terrifically successful. It was a pity that you weren’t here! There were game stalls in the New Wing Playground for all the students and parents to play and win presents! I also enjoyed very much the variety show which was held in the hall at night. All the teachers and students were very happy about the celebrations.
Other than that, there’s another great event that I want to tell you about, that’s the Sports Day! In the two days, all the students participated very actively. The students cheered for their houses, and the atmosphere was wonderful! They shouted and screamed for their athletes who became the champions. It was an unforgettable experience for everyone.
I want to tell you my plans for Christmas because it’s around the corner. I don’t want to leave town because exam is just after the holiday and I need to spend time revising. As a result, I decide to revise most of the time and relax by playing computer games when I am free. Do you have any plans for Christmas as well? Please share with me.
Love,
          Sunny
