The person that I admire most is Nick Vujusic. He is an Australian Christian.
I have read a book which is called ‘Life without Limits’ before. This book is about the experience and encouragement of Nick.
Nick was born without limbs. He was bullied and laughed by his classmates. He tried to commit suicide when he was eight years old. Luckily, he was born in a Christian family. With the help of God, he overcame the limits of his body.
I appreciate his persistence in facing difficulties a lot. Although he often felt dejected, he didn’t give up. It seemed impossible for him to live independently.
However, he tried all his best to overcome many obstacles in daily lives. Moreover, he could do the things many normal people cannot do. He graduated in Griffith University as a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Accountancy and Financial Planning.
Now, Nick has become as internationally successful motivational speaker. He has been to many countries to encourage people. He has so many publications, such as ‘Life without limits’, ‘Attitude is altitude: No arms, no legs, no worries’ and Disabled world towards tomorrow’.
I have learnt a lot from his words. He tells me how he faces his difficulties. I believe that lives have no limits. I can also overcome my difficulties with God’s love!
