During the Carmel Golden Jubilee celebration, I had been on duty in Hall 2. I was responsible for introducing the history of Carmel Secondary School. It was a bit boring. I had to stand there for about 2 hours.
During this 2 hours, I have talked to many and different people. But at first, none came to Hall 2. Then we started waiting for someone came in. After a while, we saw some people come to Hall 2.All of us were excited. Then, I introduced to them the history.
After that, there were a few people come in to Hall 2. After two hours, the leader told me that I could go home or go to play. I was a bit sad because I have practiced how to introduce the history of Carmel Secondary School since a long time ago.
When, I wanted to go home, I saw my class’ booth. I thought the game in the booth would be very fun so I went to play. But my classmates were very busy so I helped them. At first, I just helped them for a while but at last I have helped them for 4 hours.
I thought being the helper in the booth does not need to talk a lot. But I’m wrong. I needed to explain the game to everyone so I needed to talk a lot this day. And I forgot to have lunch so I was very hungry.
At last, I left school at 3 pm because my mum told me I have to be back home before 4 pm.
This day was an unforgettable day to me. After this day I have known more about the history of our school and how to explain something to others.
