Dear Sir / Madam,

Re: Complaints about Super Fit Fitness Centre

I am writing to complain about the unacceptable condition of your fitness centre, in particular the snack bar and aerobics class. I think these facilities are not suitable for the members to use. Firstly, the snack bar is dirty. There are broken chairs and tables. The counter is so untidy that dirty dishes are placed on it randomly. In fact, it is hard to find healthy snacks in the snack bar. However, the assistant who worked there gave bad advice on healthy snack. He said that sugar and fat gave energy. As you know, too much sugar and fat won’t be healthy.

Secondly, the room of the aerobics class does not have enough space for members to do exercise. Also, the instructor is unfit. I think the instructor is wasting our time. The gym equipment in the room is broken, such as broken CD player and mirror.

Thirdly, I’m not satisfied with the centre’s assistant manager, Mr. Tang’s voicemail message. His attitude is rude and impolite. He replied me that there were vegetables and dairy products in burgers. There was fruit in the cakes and drinks. However, there was only very little fruit in burgers and drinks actually. After that, he told me to go and exercise instead of sitting in the snack bar and finding things to complain. He also said that no action would be taken. Finally, he asked me to join another fitness centre if I were unhappy.

I expect you to take these complaints seriously and correct the problems immediately. I would be grateful if you could take action. Otherwise, I will cancel my membership and warn my friends not to join your centre. Thank you for your attention.
