This book I want to share is called Girl Online On Tour. It is the sequel of the book named Girl Online. After meeting Noah, Penny felt her life was perfect, having a rock star boyfriend, an encouraging friend and a supportive family. Her exams were finally over and Noah invited her to join him on his European tour. Hearing the news makes Penny overjoyed and she could not wait to spend two weeks with her boyfriend. But the tour was not as good as she expected, with Noah’s jam packed schedule, his rude band mates and threatening messages from jealous fans. Penny was not sure if she could continue this tour. But a misunderstanding caused Penny and Noah fight. Penny could not suffer the pain from being betrayed and Noah not trusting her, so she finally decided it was best for her to leave.
To me, love is very important between friends and couples. But do you know what is more important? Trust. Without trust, how would couples and friends be honest with each other? Noah did not trust Penny because he believes that his best friend won’t hurt him and he did not have as much faith as in Penny as in his best friend. But he is wrong. His best friend lied because he wanted to stay on that tour. A simple lie can break a perfect relationship.
I want to share a little experience of my own. I had a friend whom I trust her so much I even feel bad when I didn’t share a secret to her. We promised each other that we couldn’t share our secrets to anyone. Sadly, she broke our promise. Hoping to attract others and all attention on her, she joked and spilled my secrets out. It seems like a apology can be forgiven. But sadly, it broke my heart and my loyalty for our friendship is a waste.
Trusting a person is crucial, but nothing comes in easy, there’s always some challenges and difficulty you have to overcome. You may hesitate about whether the person is trustworthy. I can suggest you understand the person more and before doing anything.
Reading this book made me understand that I should not overreact when something bad happened but stay calm and understand.
This book is a really awesome book and I hope that everyone could take some time to read this book. I am sure that you will fall in love with it.
