Missions & Objectives:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n
\r\n\r\n1) Leading students to Christ\r\n\r\n– To help students seek the truth, purpose and goal in their lives in a liberal atmosphere\r\n\r\n– To spread the gospel so that students can convert to Christ\r\n\r\n2) Teaching students the biblical values\r\n\r\n– To teach students the moral standard and lifestyle based on the Bible\r\n\r\n– To share the biblical values with students so that those values become their support when they face challenges\r\n\r\n3) Nurturing Christian students\u2019 growth\r\n\r\n– To nurture Christian students\u2019 spiritual lives so that they can grow in faith, hope and love\r\n\r\n4) Training Christian student leaders\r\n\r\n– To train Christian student leaders so that they are willing to share the gospel and their life experiences with\r\n\r\nothers actively\r\n\r\n– To train Christian student leaders to be leaders through various activities on campus\r\n\r\n

Regular Activities<\/b><\/h1>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_tabs][vc_tta_section title=”Religious related Class Teacher Period” tab_id=”1761806709916-c3280644-123a”][vc_column_text css=””]During the class teacher period, students can choose to join the Bible study session, which is conducted by class teachers. In the session, students can know more about the teaching of the Bible and apply Biblical truth to their daily lives.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Morning Devotion” tab_id=”1761807845150-682ec83b-b864″][vc_column_text css=””]Students and teachers start their new days with reading the Bible and praying to God quietly and independently. Different guide books for reading the Bible are provided.\r\n\r\nTime: 7:15 \u2013 7:50 a.m.\r\n\r\nVenue: Room 101\r\n\r\nTeacher in charge: Ms. Wu Ka Wai Peggy[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Christian Fellowship” tab_id=”1761807881479-576b0d10-e059″][vc_column_text css=””]Christian Fellowship is held every Thursday. All students are welcome.\r\n\r\nTime: 3:45 \u2013 5:15 p.m.\r\n\r\nVenue: Hall 2\r\n\r\nAim: To let students know more about Christianity and the gospel, and nurture Christians to grow spiritually and serve the Lord.\r\n\r\nActivities: Hymn singing, video appreciation, message sharing, group discussion, bible study, games, sharing and praying\r\n\r\nAdvisors: Ms.\u00a0Wu Ka Wai, Ms. Siak Ching Ling, Mr. Chiang Ka Chon, Mr. Chong Ka Chun, Ms. Lai Hau Yan,\u00a0Mr. Lau Tsz Ip , Mr. Yick Tsz Cheung, Ms. Winny Yeung (School Chaplain)[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”5″ images=”16328,16329,16330,16331,16332″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Small Group Ministry” tab_id=”1761807919462-98810832-474c”][vc_column_text css=””]A small Group Ministry for Christian students has been set up. Special events and activities<\/b><\/h1>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_tabs][vc_tta_section title=”Carmel Christian Conference” tab_id=”1761808017060-9ff8a63d-1857″][vc_column_text css=””]Every year, we have Carmel Christian Conference in September. We aim to call all Carmel Christians together and encourage one another to be witnesses of Jesus in the campus.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”10″ images=”16342,16343,16344,16345,16346″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Gospel Week” tab_id=”1761808017068-449d08ea-cbc0″][vc_column_text css=””]The Gospel Week is conducted in the first term. Through the sharing of messages in morning assemblies, short assemblies and long assemblies, students have the chance to know more about the greatness and salvation of Jesus.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”10″ images=”14953,14954,14955,14956,14957,14958″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Christmas Service” tab_id=”1761808068192-5ef6c87b-ba85″][vc_column_text css=””]Christian Service is conducted in the last school day before Christmas Holiday. Through hymn, sharing and congregation, students are led to know the true meaning of Christmas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Christmas Caroling” tab_id=”1761808130000-1ff3fb9f-88b1″][vc_column_text css=””]It is good to give blessings and gifts to our neighbours during Christmas. Gift sets consisting of daily necessity and students\u2019 testimony are distributed to the people near the school district by our student ambassadors. We also sing Christmas carols at the school entrance so that neighbours may feel the love of God.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”16347,16348″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”S1 Growth Camp” tab_id=”1761808157656-fe94df96-0922″][vc_column_text css=””]All S1 students have to join the Growth Camp. It is often held in February, the beginning of each year, to let all Carmelians pray for the school regarding gospel work, teaching and learning, extra-curricular activities, our students and teachers as well as our city.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”16370,16371,16372,16373″ img_size=”full” css=””][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Easter Assembly” tab_id=”1761808196763-93906c07-b422″][vc_column_text css=””]Easter Assembly is held on the last day before Easter Holiday. Teachers and students will have the chance to reflect on Jesus\u2019 death and resurrection and make resolutions to lead a meaningful life for Him.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Edifying Camp” tab_id=”1761808216602-4d238116-b469″][vc_column_text css=””]Christian students from Forms 2 to 5 are invited to join the Edifying Camp. This special event offers an opportunity to deepen their faith through message sharing, Bible study, and personal conversations with teachers.
