When you calm down, you\ncan think about why mom would not let you go to the party. After calming\nyourself down, you may go for your mom again and talk with her. Maybe there\nwill be a better solution which is \u201cwin-win\u201d after the communication between\nyou and your mom!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also\nknew that you think your parents don\u2019t understand you. I suggest you chat with\nthem more because it is important that both you and your parents know and\nunderstand each other more. When you express more, your parents will more\nunderstand about you. For example, when your family members are sitting on the\nsofa, watching TV, feel free to communicate with them as this can further the\nsense of being in your family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
