There are two soft skills that I need to improve to make me a good employee. <\/p>\n
First, I think I need to improve my language and communication skills. It is because I am not good at communicating with other people. Sometimes, I do not speak clearly. The person cannot hear what I say. Also, my pronunciation of some words are wrong. The person who is listening me may not understand what I am saying. If I need to be a good employee, I must improve my language and communication skills for employers and customers. I will read more books and listening to CDs to know what the correct pronunciation of the words is. Moreover, I will talk to people more often, such as my relatives, classmates, teachers, etcc. I believethses two ways can improve my language and communication skills.<\/p>\n
Second, I think I need to improve my creativity and analytical skills. It is because I don’t have a good creativity. In all the subjects, I have the lowest marks in art. If I don’t have good creativity skills, I cannot think of a method to solve the problem that I or my employer face. Also I do not have good analytical skill, I cannot see the problems or events clearly. It can be seen from my bad marks in Mathematics and Chemistry, I will improve these two skills. I will see why and movie to improve this skill by trying to predict and study the plot of the movies or books.<\/p>\n
If I can improve these soft skills, I will become a good employee.
