A New Version of The North Wind and the Sun<\/p>\n
Everybody knows the famous fable of The North Wind and the Sun. This fable tells us that gentleness is the way to win. However, the story didn\u2019t end…<\/p>\n
The North Wind was angry. He didn\u2019t think that the Sun was greater than him. So they decided to have a competition again.<\/p>\n
Far below, there was a girl. She was very frustrated and looked very hopeless. The Sun suggested, \u201dThe girl looks so unhappy. Let’s compete and see who can make the girl smile fastest.\u201d The North Wind agreed. The North Wind blew softly and made the leaves from a tree fall down to the ground. It was like snowing. The girl stopped at once. A lot of leaves fell on her head. It made her hair messy. It made her look even worse and she wanted to cry. The North Wind was afraid he would lose, he stopped blowing the leaves. \u201cLet me show my talent to make people happy.\u201d The Sun slowly shone on the girl. The girl was hot, she took off her coat. After a while, she even sweated. She looked more tired and unhappier.<\/p>\n
The cloud stood behind and watched them competing with each other. He wasn\u2019t happy to see what\u2019s happening and so he thought of an idea. He started to rain. It made the girl wet and looked even worse. The North Wind and the Sun shouted at the cloud, \u201cWhat are you doing?\u201d The cloud didn\u2019t answer. After a while, the rain stopped. The Sun slowly came out. It formed a rainbow! Everyone who was passing the road stopped and smiled. The North Wind blew softly and made everyone feel comfortable. Everyone smiled and took pictures of the rainbow. The cloud said, \u201cComparing with each other is not the key to success. Working together is the most important thing in life.\u201d The North Wind and the Sun learnt a lesson.
