{"id":475,"date":"2010-09-06T14:54:40","date_gmt":"2010-09-06T14:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/web02.carmelss.edu.hk\/buddingwriters2\/archives\/475"},"modified":"2015-05-24T06:53:00","modified_gmt":"2015-05-24T06:53:00","slug":"my-day-as-a-blackboard192","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carmelss.edu.hk\/buddingwriters\/archives\/475","title":{"rendered":"My Day as a Blackboard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am the blackboard in Class 1A.&nbsp; Everyday, teachers write a lot of things on my body.&nbsp; But today was a special day.<br \/>In the morning, I leaned on the wall as usual.&nbsp; I was ready for the beginning of the day.&nbsp; But unusually, only some of the 1A students put their school bags near their seat and no one was in the classroom.&nbsp; Also, I heard a lot of people shouting and talking outside.&nbsp; It was very noisy.&nbsp; The noise was deafening.<br \/>After some time, I also heard the voice of the principal and the chairman of the Parent-Teacher Association, Mr. Lok.&nbsp; I wondered what they were doing.<br \/>When I was thinking about that, I saw some 1A students and the class teacher, Miss Cheng, coming into the classroom.&nbsp; They were all wearing casual clothes, and no more uniform!<br \/>After that, they took out their towels from their school bags.&nbsp; Some were going to sweep the floor.&nbsp; Some were moving tables and chairs.&nbsp; Some were washing the windows.&nbsp; Some were also washing me!&nbsp; But it made me feel uncomfortable because I don&#39;t like being wet.<br \/>When they were cleaning, some teachers and parents took some photos for them. Also, it seemed that the parents needed to give marks to their cleaning work.<br \/>After they mopped the floor, they didn&#39;t come into the classroom anymore.&nbsp; I became alone again.&nbsp; I felt very lonely because my body was without their writing or drawing on that day.<br \/>This day was really special because nobody wrote or drew on my body but they washed my body.&nbsp; Although I don&#39;t like being wet, I still feel happy because they washed my body finally!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"I am the blackboard in Class 1A.
