It was the sound of the alarm. That meant I had to get up.<\/p>\n
\u201cGood morning, Mom\u2026\u201d But there was no response. I couldn\u2019t find my mom!\u00a0 Where was she? She was still with me the night before.<\/p>\n
I became so scared and nervous. I tried my best to find her but in vain.\u00a0 Mom was so responsible.\u00a0 She would not go out without leaving a message.\u00a0 What could I do?\u00a0 Suddenly, I heard a very weak sound from my mother\u2019s room.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhere am I? Raymond, where are you?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cOh my God!\u201d S he was my mother.\u00a0 I was shocked.\u00a0 She became only 20cm tall and there was a piece of paper next to her.\u00a0 It wrote, \u201c\u2026 want to save your mom, then pass my test.\u00a0 If you pass it, your mom will return to the normal size; if not, your mom will be like that forever.\u201d<\/p>\n
I had to take care of her, so I put her into a mug and brought her anywhere she wanted to go.<\/p>\n
\u201cThirsty. I felt thirsty,\u201d Mom said.<\/p>\n
I gave her a cup of water but the normal mug was too big.\u00a0 I gave her a small Lego Cup. Soon, she said she felt bored, then I took her to the park, but no one could expect what happened next.<\/p>\n
A bird suddenly caught my mom and flew up to a tree. Mom was so scared and shouted,<\/p>\n
\u201cHelp! Help me, my son.\u201d<\/p>\n
I was scared, too.<\/p>\n
I wanted to use the rock to hit it but suddenly, she dropped down. I rushed to catch her in time but she fainted and became even smaller.<\/p>\n
I was terribly scared and my eyes were welled with tears. I didn\u2019t have any solutions, so I could only sit in the park and do nothing.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am the magician.\u00a0 This is the test. Now you\u2019ve passed it and I will turn your mom back to the normal size.\u201d<\/p>\n
My mom became normal slowly finally.\u00a0 I was so happy and I would treasure our relationship more. It was an unforgettable test, scary yet meaningful.<\/p>\n
