Nowadays, teenagers always say '' no'' and '' never ''. They always disobey orders or refuse requests because they don't want to be tired, to be hurt or to pay attention.<\/p>\n
We always say " no" when we face some challenges . " No, it is too harsh", " No, I can't handle it". These are our common excuses.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, we always say "never "! "I'll never do this!" We always think all the things are impossible. We try to escape from pressure by saying no and never.<\/p>\n
Actually these are totally wrong! We should try more, although the challenges may be very frustrating or harsh. Once you succeed, your life will be changed! For example, I didn't like to swim when I was small because I was afraid of the deep pool water. I used to imagine that there were some unknown monsters under the water. When my friends invited me to go swimming, I always said "no" and "never". However, when I tried to take up the challenge I finally learnt the truth that there were no monsters under the water and I loved swimming soon. Be brave to try. Never say "no" and "never" in our daily life!<\/p>\n
