1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Introduction<\/span><\/p>\n

As a dessert-lover, I would like to propose a caf\u00e9 at The BIG.\u00a0 Chill Out Caf\u00e9 was inspired by the concept of \u2018green\u2019. It will be selling high quality, eco-friendly cakes and beverages. It is believed that this brand-new concept-inspired caf\u00e9 can bring spotlight to The Big.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Eco-friendly catering<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Go organic!<\/span><\/p>\n

Chill Out Caf\u00e9 uses all natural and organic ingredients to make their food. A wide assortment of cupcakes and muffins will be offered to customers. All coffee beans, cocoa and tea are fair-trade goods that means they are procured directly from the farmers in developing countries. Not only does this promote sustainability, but drinks also taste extra good!<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Biodegradable utensils<\/span><\/p>\n

All cutlery used in Chill Out Caf\u00e9 is biodegradable which means they can be consumed by micro-organisms and return to compounds found in nature. This is applicable to the \u2018green\u2019 concept.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Target groups<\/span><\/p>\n

3.1\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The middle class<\/span><\/p>\n

The price levels of the food and drinks are quite high because of the cost of organic ingredients. The middle class can afford the price. Also, they are willing to pay more for high-quality food. The middle class may visit The BIG in weekends with their families and they need a place to relax after shopping. Chill Out Caf\u00e9 will be a great place for them.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>White-collar workers<\/span><\/p>\n

There are many offices in Tsim Sha Tsui around The BIG but there are only a few coffee shops. The white-collar workers may find it difficult to find a place for them to meet their clients or buy a cup of nice quality coffee to boost their energy for work. Therefore, Chill Out Caf\u00e9 provides a quiet and comfortable place for them.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n

4.1\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Coupons<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chill Out Caf\u00e9 will be printing coupons and they will be distributed to the neighboring offices. Customers can get a \u2018three for two\u2019 discount with the coupon.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Flyers<\/span><\/p>\n

Flyers will be printed with the pictures of the signature cakes and beverages, the opening date and the address, Also, there will be a coupon for customers to visit Chill Out Caf\u00e9 again.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Benefits<\/span><\/p>\n

5.1\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Significance to Chill Out Caf\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n

It builds the image of a green caf\u00e9 so that it can appeal the growing number of sharing similar values.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.2\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Significance to society<\/span><\/p>\n

It raises the awareness of the eco-friendly concept in the public.\u00a0 Also, it educates the public and the next generation of the importance of living a green life.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Conclusion<\/span><\/p>\n
