As a teenager in Hong Kong, I\u2019m glad to tell all of you that I\u2019m proud of my identity as a Hongkonger<\/span>, while some of <\/span>you<\/span> may disagree because<\/span>the tension between <\/span>the <\/span>mainland tourists <\/span>and locals <\/span>somehow damage our international image. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>But for me, I still think Hong Kong is a definitely wonderful and attractive city. <\/span>Let me share my view<\/span>s<\/span> with you.<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 Firstly, I always hang out with my friends in different parts of Hong Kong, just like what other teens do on holiday. There\u2019s a very convenient transportation network in Hong Kong<\/span>,<\/span>with<\/span> which we can travel <\/span>in<\/span> different region<\/span>s<\/span> without a long period of time. We can\u2019t find any other cities where there are MTR,<\/span>buses,<\/span>taxis,<\/span>minibuses,<\/span>ferries that form such a convenient transportation network,<\/span> can we?<\/span> I remember the experienc<\/span>e of visiting<\/span> America in <\/span>the<\/span> summer holiday and liv<\/span>ing<\/span> in a host-family. I couldn\u2019t even go to the supermarket without a car! With that experience, I rejoice that I\u2019m living in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

What else does a teen like? Staying fashionable! In order to catch up with the trend, <\/span>we always go shopping, buy<\/span>ing<\/span> clothes and other products from different countries. Hong Kong is an extremely wonderful place for us as lots of products from different countries are sold in a relatively lower price here due to the free trade policy. Also, the shops in Hong Kong are more reliable, and pro<\/span>vide<\/span> good services. In fact, some of my relatives <\/span>on<\/span> Mainland often ask me to but i-products, Channel\u2019s and LV\u2019s handbag<\/span>s,<\/span> etc for them. That makes me feel very proud of my city.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, Hong Kong is an international city where we can enjoy many different cultures. This is the uniqueness of Hong Kong. That\u2019s why we can easily enjoy the movies or TV programs from the USA<\/span>and Korea, the <\/span>burgers <\/span>\u00a0from McDonald\u2019s<\/span>, fried chicken from<\/span> KFC, sushi<\/span> and<\/span> sashimi from Japan and \u00a0pizza <\/span>and pasta <\/span>from <\/span>Italy, curry from India and <\/span>tom yum kung<\/span> from Thailand<\/span> and so forth. <\/span>\u00a0I believe that there won\u2019t be any other cities in the world like Hong Kong, which allows so many different cultures <\/span>to<\/span> exist. Yet, the local culture is not fading. Our Tea Restaurants and the<\/span> unique delicacies like<\/span> dim sum, fish balls, dumplings and so on are <\/span>still <\/span>very <\/span>well-liked<\/span> and popular. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s more? One of the most important reasons for me to love Hong Kong is <\/span>its <\/span>real convenien<\/span>ce<\/span>! For many young ladies like us who are lazy and absent-minded, the large number of convenience store<\/span>s<\/span> on <\/span>the <\/span>streets allows us to buy meal<\/span>s and<\/span> daily necessities whenever and wherever <\/span>very easily<\/span>. With an octopus card, I can still survive decently cash-free.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes! I love Hong Kong! And I believe that many people, young ones <\/span>in <\/span>particular, would share the same views.
