I fully understand your <\/span>problem<\/span> and the difficulties you are facing. Being teased and discriminated always gives us a hard feeling. Here are some tips for you to <\/span>solve your problem<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Firstly, I want you to think carefully if you are really overweight<\/span>. Are you be<\/span>ing obese? If no<\/span>t<\/span>, then <\/span>it<\/span>\u2019s not your problem. It\u2019s <\/span>THEIR<\/span> problem only.<\/span> They are just making use of an excuse to ill-treat you and enjoy seeing you suffer. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, if your answer is yes, <\/span>maybe, it\u2019s a good idea to lose<\/span> weight<\/span>.<\/span> I\u2019m not meaning that you should be discriminated just because you are overweight, and you need to make changes in order to <\/span>please<\/span>the bullies<\/span>. But the thing I<\/span>\u2019d like<\/span> to point out is that their teasing is actually a reminder for you to care more about your body shape<\/span> and health<\/span>. Actually, <\/span>being <\/span>overweight is not good for our health<\/span> but <\/span>indicates that you may have an unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits. <\/span>Actually, obesity can increase the risk of having many serious illnesses including heart disease. <\/span>Therefore, it would be good for you to make changes by yourself first. <\/span>Having <\/span>eating habits <\/span>and doing<\/span> adequate sports, you can lose your weight <\/span>gradually and lead a much healthier lifestyle<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Second, I think you don\u2019t need to c<\/span>a<\/span>re <\/span>so much about <\/span>others\u2019 opinions. <\/span>The bullies\u2019<\/span> impolite laughter and teasing are actually nothing. Everyone has different characteristics <\/span>which may appeal to different people<\/span>. However, does it mean that the people with better looks c<\/span>an<\/span> discriminate <\/span>against the so called comparatively less nice looking ones<\/span>? No! Everyone has their unique points in terms of <\/span>appearance<\/span> and more importantly, the inner beauty. I\u2019m sure that you also have you<\/span>r<\/span> special inner beauty<\/span>.<\/span>R<\/span>ight? Remember, you live for yourself, not for others. Therefore, no matter how they tease you, you don\u2019t need to care about them. If you <\/span>show that<\/span> you don\u2019t mind <\/span>hearing their unkind words<\/span> and won\u2019t have any hard feelings about <\/span>them, t<\/span>hey will gradually stop teasing you since they find teas<\/span>ing <\/span>you <\/span>no longer funny<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Besides<\/span>, as I\u2019ve mentioned before, everyone has their own unique points <\/span>which appeal to different people<\/span>. Therefore, I\u2019m sure that there must be some of you<\/span>r<\/span> classmates<\/span>,<\/span> who <\/span>will<\/span> appreciate you<\/span>. It\u2019s j<\/span>ust that they haven\u2019t known you much. So, keep <\/span>being nice and friendly to<\/span> your classmates wholeheartedly. If you keep on appearing <\/span>gentle and kind<\/span> from the<\/span> bottom of your<\/span> heart, they will finally realize how good you are, and <\/span>will be eager to make friends with you<\/span>. Also, friends should <\/span>share<\/span> the same hobbies and interests. Therefore, try to find some friends who have similar interests and <\/span>thoughts<\/span>as yours<\/span>. Then you can try to <\/span>take an active role to approach them.<\/span> Gradually, they will <\/span>find pleasure <\/span>talk<\/span>ing<\/span> and <\/span>making friends with you<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n
