One night, I awoke by the sound of distant thunder.\u00a0 As I opened my eyes, I found myself in Ivy\u2019s bedroom.\u00a0 I was totally curious<\/span>,<\/span> \u2018Why am I there?\u2019\u00a0 Finally, I turned on the light and looked at the <\/span>image<\/span> on my hand mirror.\u00a0 The <\/span>one on the mirror<\/span> had long hair and a pair of glasses on her.\u00a0 I recognized her.\u00a0 She was Ivy.\u00a0 I jumped up and screamed loudly.\u00a0 I kn<\/span>e<\/span>w it was the thunderstorm.\u00a0 It crashed into our skeleton<\/span>s<\/span> and, Ivy and I exchanged our spirits!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Next day, I went to school and found that \u201cI\u201d was sitting on my seat like a statue.\u00a0 I immediately put down my schoolbag and chatted <\/span>with<\/span> her worriedly.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIvy, I know that it\u2019s you.\u00a0 I\u2019m Gigi.\u00a0 We exchanged our spirits!\u00a0 <\/span>W<\/span>hat could we do now?\u201d\u00a0 I asked.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI know that too but I really don\u2019t know what to do.\u00a0 Let\u2019s pretend that nothing happened, you act like me, and I act like you.\u00a0 OK?\u201d\u00a0 Ivy asked.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOK.\u201d\u00a0 I sighed.\u00a0 And we kept our fingers crossed, wished good luck to each other.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the Chinese lesson, I just couldn\u2019t concentrate on my work because there were many questions swimming in my mind:\u00a0 Will we change back our spirits again?\u00a0 What can I do if we can\u2019t change back?\u00a0 How can<\/span>\u2026<\/span>For the whole lesson, I was day-dreaming and day-dreaming.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cRing\u2026\u2026\u201d the recess bell rang finally.\u00a0 I quickly jumped out of my seat and stretched my arms.\u00a0 All my friends came to my seat, Yoyo said, \u201cYou seem strange today, Ivy.\u00a0 What happened?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I agree too,\u201d Erica nodded, pointed at Ivy and me, \u201cIvy is acting like Gigi, and Gigi is acting like Ivy.\u00a0 Why?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s be\u2026because\u2026\u201d\u00a0 Ivy murmured.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s because we exchanged our spirits.\u00a0 Don\u2019t tell anyone!\u201d\u00a0 I whispered.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When they heard the news, they were all shocked and dumbfounded.\u00a0 \u00a0\u201cDon\u2019t worry. We\u2019ll TRY to help you.\u201d said Stephanie.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At lunch , my friends helped us to think of a solution. Suddenly, Stephanie\u2019s eyes lit up and said, \u201cI\u2019ve got an idea!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is it?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAcccording to my scientific research, you can bang your head. Your brains will vibrate and your spirits will exchange!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWell, that\u2019s a sill thing to do.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBut you just have to try. Uncle Ma living in the US exchanged his spirit with his wife last week too. But h<\/span>e<\/span> banged his head with his wife\u2019s and surprisingly, they <\/span>went<\/span> back to normal again!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOkay\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then, Yoyo said to us, \u201cOk? Ready? Three\u2026Two\u2026\u201d \u201cBong!\u201d before she said one, Ivy and I already banged our heads.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDoes it work?\u201d they asked hopefully.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNot quite. Instead of exchanging spirits, I\u2019m a bit dizzy now!\u201d Ivy moaned.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After school, we stayed at Secret Garden (a secret place at school) to think of another solution. We\u2019ve tried many methods and even searched for the school library, but we still did not know what to do. \u201cWhat can we do now? Will you <\/span>t<\/span>wo become like this forever?\u201d screamed Stephanie. The sky became darker and darker and it started to thunder. \u201cIvy, this is the time! Yesterday, the thunder crashed into our bones and we changed our spirits!\u201d Ivy nodded and we ran back to our homes, jumped into our beds, like yesterday when we exchanged our spirits. There was a sudden flash of thunder, flashing to our skeletons.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Next day\u2019s morning when I woke up, I discovered that my skin colour was brown and I had a round belly. I took a look at my fingers. They were as fat as bananas! I was very afraid, so I rushed to the toilet mirror and looked through it. I was stunned, I screamed again—I exchanged my spirit with Mango!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
