(Sorry, I\u2019m always absent-minded.) \u00a0Zhuzhu or Mimi? \u00a0Whatever, she\u2019s stunning in the photo! \u00a0(Remember to send me more photos when you reply.) \u00a0I wish to have her face, so I\u2019d have a higher chance of being selected in the audition last week. \u00a0(Romeo and Juliet audition, I told you on the phone.) \u00a0I felt so bad about being rejected.<\/p>\n
I screwed up the whole audition. \u00a0I didn\u2019t get prepared at all. \u00a0The audition organizer sent me a set of play script. \u00a0It was about Romeo and Juliet. \u00a0Crap. \u00a0My response was like yours. \u00a0The story of Romeo and Juliet? \u00a0I\u2019ve heard it about a thousand times! \u00a0So I just read the beginning of the play script. \u00a0Then, I started my homework. \u00a0(There was so much homework and SBAs last week!) \u00a0The result was obvious. \u00a0I failed to memorize the whole script and just made up my own words during the monlogue section. \u00a0The judge thought I did it on purpose and gave me a \u2018perceptive\u2019 comment. \u00a0\u201cEh, I saw your effort. \u00a0It was true that some actors and actresses sometimes change their lines. \u00a0But too much isn\u2019t good.\u201d \u00a0The judge still gave me a pass to the next round: A duologue.<\/p>\n
It was the \u2018highlight\u2019 of the day I must say. \u00a0My partner, Greg Ho, vomited on me during our short play! \u00a0He was nervous on the stage and couldn\u2019t help vomiting! \u00a0(I guess he had a seafood buffet the night before!) \u00a0It was the most embarrassing moment in my life. \u00a0I was so furious and rushed to the washroom. \u00a0The judge couldn\u2019t rate our performance because I even hadn\u2019t uttered a word before the tragedy happened.<\/p>\n
Now I forgive Greg as he didn\u2019t mean to do it. \u00a0(And he promised to treat me a seafood meal next week. \u00a0Yum!)<\/p>\n
I wrote a letter to ask for a second chance but they already had the chosen ones that day! \u00a0It wasn\u2019t fair. \u00a0It wasn\u2019t my fault! \u00a0I couldn\u2019t have a chance to show my impromptu talent.<\/p>\n
Well, looking back, I should\u2019ve stayed on the stage. \u00a0I should\u2019ve continued and acted as if nothing happened. \u00a0I might have a shot. \u00a0It was a rash decision for me to run down the stage. \u00a0Be frank, I wasn\u2019t sure whether I could be chosen for the role of Juliet if I were given the second chance. \u00a0After all, it was a precious experience. \u00a0Get prepared in case any accident happens!<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve got to go. \u00a0I still have to get my SBA task done.<\/p>\n
