Application Form

Seven students of the school Robotics Team participated in the World Robot Olympiad 2008 and they won the Certificate of Excellence in the Regular Category of Hong Kong Region. Members of the first team were Hui Pui San (3B), Law Chi Hang (3C), Ho Tim Yan (3A) and Shum Ho Kiu (3B) and the second team were Tsang Sze Chai (3B), Lau Cheuk Ying (3B) and Yip Yin Ting (2A).  (Photos Taken On the Day)

Chan Yip Wang (4A), Sham Man To (4D), Fu Kai Ming (4D) and Leung Wing Him (4D) of the school Robotics Team participated in the World Robot Olympiad 2008 and they won the Third Prize in the Open Category of the Hong Kong Region.   (Photos Taken On the Day)

A team of Carmelians was nominated to join the 8^th Youth Leadership Development Scheme organized by the YMCA of Hong Kong. After several months of intensive training with outstanding student leaders from various secondary schools, including adventure-based training, self-initiated community service program, and presentation seminars, our team won the overall second-runner up of the Scheme. Participants of the Scheme include Luk Ka Chun 陸嘉駿 (7B), Cheung Tsun Hin 張浚軒 (7C), Ho Ka Wai 何嘉瑋 (7C), Kwan Chung Yin 關仲然 (4D), Chuen Sui Ting 全萃婷 (4E), Choi Naomi Chunting 蔡雋婷 (4E), Wong Yan Ning 黃恩寧 (4A) and Chow Wai Chun 周惠春 (4A). Among them, Ho Ka Wai and Chuen Siu Ting were awarded the year-round championship in the adventure-based training competition. Congratulations to these students for their brilliant performance.

Congratulations to our student, Cheung Tsun Hin (S. 7C), who successfully completed the 2008 Aeronautics Study Tour and won the championship in its report presentation.

Wong Yan Ning Angela (4A) , Ng Chung Yan Joanne (4B) , Chan Wai Ching Billy (5D) and Lai Shing Hin Louis (5E) came on air in the summer holidays to express their views on the topic 'Genuine/ Fake' on RTHK Radio 3' s Teen Time – Open Space. Their interview was broadcast on 20^th August 2008, and will be put on the archive for one year.
